In accordance with and based on Articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "Law"), we inform you that Coeficiente Inmobiliario is a brand (hereinafter "Coeficiente Inmobiliario") that represents a group of professionals and investors dedicated to offering real estate business services, legal, commercial, and financial consulting in real estate matters, including property marketing, with registered office at Av. Presidente Masarik #101, 10th Floor, Office 10 02 A, Colonia Chapultepec Morales, Miguel Hidalgo Delegation, Zip Code 11570, Mexico City. Coeficiente Inmobiliario, either itself or through any of its related companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries, is responsible for collecting your personal data, its use and processing, and its protection.
We hereby inform our current and potential clients, suppliers, and partners (the "Owners"), as applicable, of the following:
I. Your personal information will be used for the purposes listed below:
A. Clients:
(i) to identify, locate, contact, and send you information; (ii) to fulfill the obligations arising from the legal relationship we establish with you; (iii) to properly compile your file to comply with our Client and User Identification Policy; (iv) to conduct analytical studies, statistical evaluations, and any other actions derived from or related to our operations; (v) to provide the services and products you have requested; (vi) to send notifications, notices, and information about our services; (vii) to create and maintain our databases for internal administration purposes; (viii) to conduct periodic evaluations of our products and services to improve their quality; (ix) notify you about new services or products related to those already contracted, which are considered to be of interest to you, or inform you of changes to them; (x) make any type of notification, and other matters related to the services and activities performed by Coeficiente Inmobiliario.

(i) identify, locate, contact, notify, and send you information; (ii) compile your supplier file; (iii) create and maintain our database for internal administration purposes; (iv) conduct analytical studies, statistical evaluations, and any other actions derived from or related to our operations; (v) fulfill the obligations that Coeficiente Inmobiliario acquires or has acquired with you; (vi) contact you to obtain information regarding its services, products, and promotions; (vii) make any type of notification and other matters related to the services and activities performed by Coeficiente Inmobiliario.
C. Partners:
(i) identify you, locate you, contact you, and send you information; (ii) properly prepare your file to comply with our Customer and User Identification policy; (iii) make any type of notification; (iv) make payments; (v) fulfill the obligations that Coeficiente Inmobiliario acquires or has acquired with you.
II. That, for the aforementioned purposes, it is necessary to collect your personal identification data by physical and/or electronic means, as well as official documents verifying said data, such as:
- Full name, that is, paternal and maternal surnames and given name(s), without abbreviations.
- Date of birth.
- Nationality.
- Country of birth.
- Unique Population Registry Code.
- Current address.
- Federal Taxpayer Registry.
- If you are a foreigner, the document that proves your legal residence in the country.
- Activity, occupation, business activity, and/or source of resources.
- Contact information, such as landline and mobile phone numbers, and email address.
- If necessary, financial or asset data, such as bank account information, tax information, credit history, among others, provided that such information is not considered sensitive personal data under the law.
III. We have the following options and means to limit the use or disclosure of the personal data you provide:
Coeficiente Inmobiliario uses digital technologies (such as cookies and web beacons) that allow us to collect data about your activity simultaneously with the time you contact Coeficiente Inmobiliario through the website www.coeficienteinmobiliario.com.
The information that Coeficiente Inmobiliario receives and stores from the website when you interact with the Coeficiente Inmobiliario website is primarily technical information, such as the web address of the page you are visiting, your IP address, your browser type and operating system.

Below, we provide you with the means to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or objection to the processing of your personal data:
In accordance with Articles 28 through 35 of the Law, you have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, to object to its processing, or to revoke the consent you have given us for this purpose, except as provided in Article 26 of said law.
You have five (5) business days from the date the data is collected to notify Coeficiente Inmobiliario in accordance with the procedure established in this Notice, and to object to the processing of data that is not essential to the legal relationship you establish with Coeficiente Inmobiliario.
For the purposes outlined in the preceding paragraph, you must complete the form found here or submit a written request to the Data Protection Officer at our address: Av. Presidente Masarik #101, 10th Floor, Office 1002 A, Colonia Chapultepec Morales, Delegación Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11570, Mexico City, or via email to . In the latter case, you must confirm receipt of the email via email so that we can process it. Once your request is received, the Data Protection Officer will contact you via email within 20 (twenty) days to inform you of the outcome of your request.
In accordance with Article 8 of the Law and Article 13 of the Regulations of the Law, given that the type of data collected in accordance with this Privacy Notice does not require the express consent of the data subject, it will be understood that he/she tacitly consents to the processing of his/her data, when having been made available to him/her, he/she does not express his/her opposition. The foregoing does not apply in cases where Coeficiente Inmobiliario collects and processes financial and asset data, in which case Coeficiente Inmobiliario will obtain the express consent of the Data Subjects, except when any of the exceptions referred to in Articles 10 and 27 of the Law apply.
V. We hereby inform you of the following regarding the transfer of personal data by Coeficiente Inmobiliario:
Coeficiente Inmobiliario may transfer data as required by law or treaty to which Mexico is a party, or when required by a competent authority, provided that the transfer of such data does not require your consent.
All information provided and your personal data will form part of the database(s) owned by Coeficiente Inmobiliario and may be transferred: (i) for the same purposes established in this notice, to any of its related companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries; (ii) to domestic or foreign third parties who are co-owners, administrators, or operators of all or part of the properties of Coeficiente Inmobiliario, its related companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries; and (iii) to domestic or foreign third parties in connection with a merger, consolidation, corporate restructuring, sale of any equity interest or assets, and/or modifications to the corporate structure of Coeficiente Inmobiliario, its related companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries, including, without limitation, during any due diligence process related to the foregoing. This information must be kept up-to-date and will be stored and protected with administrative, technical, and physical security measures to prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing.
